America Online - "Mobile AIM® Redesign 2004"
The Mobile AIM® presence on mymobile.aol.com needed major revisions. The site was stale, new services were being introduced, and associated services needed to be better cross-promoted on the site. The product positioning and branding needed to be revisited, and the site design needed to become more attractive and useful.
I initiated and coordinated positioning and branding discussions with product management and marketing, and designed a new architecture and layout for the site. This concept was vetted through an internal review process and then transferred to an agency for design and development. Their final design assets were delivered to our web developer for programming and hosting.
